Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:

General Information & Conduct
1. Clients are expected to be clear & concise with their requests. If there is any confusion, I will ask for clarification.
2. Provide clear reference images when discussing a commission request.
3. I do not work under hard deadlines.
4. Do not flood our messages with unrelated topics while commissioning me.
5. I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.Payment & Refunds
1. Payment is taken upfront when we have mutually agreed on the commission.
_{1a. I accept payments via PayPal, Ko-fi, CashApp, or Venmo.
1b. Payments are to be made within 48 hours of an invoice being sent.}
2. Surcharges for edits to a commission are sent after all edits have been approved by the client.
3. Refunds may not be issued for work that has been fully completed.
_{3a. In the event I absolutely cannot finish a commission, the client may receive a full refund if no work has already been done. If a commission has been worked on, we can discuss a proportional refund.}Process
1. I will begin working on a commission once any invoices are paid.
2. Edits requested in the "rough sketch" phase of a commission are free. Any edits made in the cleanup, lining, and coloring stages afterwards will bring additional charges.
3. Commissions may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to 2 months to complete; however, I may also finish sooner than this estimated timeframe.
_{3a. Please keep in mind that I am disabled, so there may be times where work is delayed due to issues relating to this.}
4. In the event there is any serious delay to a commission, I will reach out to any affected client(s).Usage
1. Any commissioned work is for personal use only.
_{1a. The client may make personal prints or other physical items using a commission, provided the client is not selling and profiting from it.}
2. Editing, removing, or otherwise obscuring my signature is prohibited.
3. The artwork may not be altered by any party but the original artist, unless permission to do otherwise is given.
4. My work is not to be used in blockchain-related technologies, or for training generative AI.
5. Commissioned artwork may be posted to the client's personal pages, or to image boards, with proper credit attributed.

Failure to follow the above terms will result in a commission being denied, cancelled, or the offending party being blocked.

I use different brushes in my art, so there will be some variation in my linework. If there is an older piece of mine you like the linework of, please let me know- chances are, I can use the brush for your commission.

Additional pricing

Edit policy

Edits in the rough sketch stage are free. Once a sketch is cleaned up, or lineart is done, any edits will cost an additional $5-10 depending on the size of the edit. I will send an invoice after all edits are done to collect the payment.Fees are charged on a "per-edit" basis. For example, if you request one large edit, it will be an additional $10, or if five small edits are requested, it would be an additional $25.
